Force Majeure We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where the delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, acts of government, or failures of third-party services.

We may monitor or remove comments that we find unlawful, offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate, but we are not obligated to do so. By submitting comments, you confirm you have the legal right to do so and that your content does not violate the rights of others or contain harmful material.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for comments posted by users.

SECTION 10 – SHIPPING AND TAXES

Order Processing

We process and prepare all orders within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed before 18:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London).

Delivery Times

Standard UK delivery usually takes 5–7 working days, resulting in a total estimated delivery window of 6–9 business days.
All orders are shipped through our UK logistics partners and delivered by trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD. Shipping within the UK is free and includes full insurance against loss or damage.

Taxes & VAT Information

Duvrier is operated by SDME, registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 93205260.

We are not VAT-registered in the United Kingdom, as our annual UK turnover remains below the statutory £85,000 VAT registration threshold.
As a result:

  • No UK VAT is charged on any order, and

  • All prices displayed in GBP are the final amounts payable.

Should our VAT status change at any point, this section will be updated accordingly.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, our website may include errors or incomplete information regarding product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping estimates, or availability. When we identify an error affecting a placed order, we will notify you and give you the option to continue with the corrected information or cancel your order for a full refund.

We may correct errors or update content on the website at any time without prior notice, although we are not obligated to do so unless required by law. Nothing in this section affects your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our liability for loss or damage arising from your use of the website or any purchased products is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or not caused by our actions.

You agree to indemnify and protect Duvrier, its owners, staff, and agents from any claims or legal demands made by third parties arising from your breach of these Terms or any violation of law or third-party rights. This does not apply to claims arising from our own negligence or wrongdoing.

If any part of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable. The unenforceable portion will be removed or limited as required by law without affecting the rest of the agreement.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect unless ended by either you or us. You may stop using the site at any time to terminate the agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have breached these Terms. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to correct the issue first.

Any obligations or liabilities incurred before termination will survive termination.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any policies posted on our site, form the complete agreement between you and Duvrier regarding your use of the Service. They supersede any previous agreements or communications.

Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later. Any ambiguities will be interpreted fairly and in line with applicable consumer law.

Duvrier is operated by SDME, registered in the Netherlands, with UK operations for sales. These Terms and any contracts formed through this website are governed by English law, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. This choice of law does not affect rights you may have under the laws of your home country.

SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, or services. If significant changes occur, we will post a notice on the website or contact you by email.

Changes apply only to future transactions. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

SECTION 20 – CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Before returning an item, we recommend contacting us at support@duvrier.co.uk. This allows us to register your return and speed up the process.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, no explanation required. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges:
If you received the wrong size, an incorrect product, or a damaged item, email support@duvrier.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation. We will help you promptly.

SECTION 21 – WARRANTY & PRODUCT GUARANTEE

How to make a claim

Email support@duvrier.co.uk with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the fault

  • photos or video (if available)

Not covered

  • accidental damage

  • misuse

  • unauthorized repairs

  • loss or theft

  • failure to follow care instructions

For accepted claims, we cover reasonable return postage.

Your statutory rights

This voluntary guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund depending on the issue and timeline.
