Please be advised that Duvrier is operated by SDME, a Netherlands-based entity that serves customers exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Where we ship
Our shipping services are currently restricted exclusively to the United Kingdom. Please note that we are unable to facilitate deliveries to international destinations at this time.

Where your order ships from
To maintain consistent delivery standards, we collaborate with a select network of reliable international fulfillment partners. Consequently, depending on inventory availability, your package may be dispatched from distribution centers located in either Europe or Asia.

Rest assured that for deliveries to the United Kingdom, there are no additional import duties or customs fees for you to pay upon receipt.

Processing and delivery times

Processing time
Upon confirmation of your purchase, our team proceeds with the verification and packaging of your items. The order is subsequently transferred to the courier for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).

Transit time
Once the carrier has collected your parcel, the typical transit time for United Kingdom deliveries is 5 to 7 business days (Monday–Friday). While this is our standard timeframe, please note that it excludes potential delays caused by customs procedures or operational issues at the shipping origin.

Total estimated delivery time
In general, customers can expect a total delivery window of 6 to 9 business days (combining the 1–2 business day processing period with the 5–7 business day transit time). Please anticipate that during high-volume intervals—such as Black Friday, Christmas, or major seasonal sales—delivery times may extend slightly beyond these estimates.

Order cut-off time
We aim to commence processing on the same day for any order placed on a business day before the 18:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London).

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Tracking your order
Upon the dispatch of your goods, we will issue a shipping confirmation via email that includes your specific tracking identifier. This number enables you to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s portal or, where applicable, via the tracking feature provided on our website.

Please be advised that it may take up to 2 business days following dispatch for tracking details to update within the system. If you observe no progress on the tracking page after this timeframe, we invite you to contact our customer service team so that we may investigate the matter on your behalf.

Signature on Delivery & Safe Drop
Some high-value or sensitive orders may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier may take the parcel to a nearby collection point.

Where the courier offers “safe drop” or “authority to leave” options, you may be able to choose these with the carrier directly. Please note that if you authorise unattended delivery, the risk of loss or theft after the parcel is shown as delivered passes to you.

Multiple parcels
To ensure the most efficient delivery of your items, we may occasionally split your order into multiple packages. In such instances, you will receive a distinct tracking number for each shipment, allowing you to monitor the progress of every parcel individually.

Delivery partners
We work with reliable UK delivery services, including:
• Royal Mail
• Evri
• DPD

For certain orders of significant value, the courier may require a signature upon receipt. This measure is implemented to guarantee the secure handover of your parcel.

Possible delivery delays
While we endeavor to meet all quoted delivery windows, occasional delays may arise due to circumstances beyond our control. These factors include, but are not limited to:

  • Operational disruptions or high traffic volumes within courier networks;

  • Adverse weather conditions;

  • Peak seasonal demands (such as Black Friday or the Christmas period);

  • Other external logistical challenges.
