Tax & VAT Information: Duvrier operates below the UK VAT registration threshold and therefore does not charge VAT on orders shipped to the United Kingdom. 2 - REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Change-of-mind returns:
- possible within 30 days of receiving your order
- products must be unused and in original condition where reasonably possible
Statutory Rights (UK):
- if a product is faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund
- for faulty items, we cover reasonable return shipping costs
- includes our one-year product guarantee on all items

3 - SHIPPING POLICY
We ship orders exclusively to the United Kingdom, and all orders include free tracked shipping.
Shipping details:
- orders processed in 1–2 business days
- average delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch
- total estimated delivery timeframe: 6–9 business days
- tracking provided for all shipments
